The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?

If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please contract us and we will check our suppliers. We may also be able to order the product you are after, by special order, directly from the supplier.

How do I know if you carry a certain brand?

You can view all the brands that we stock by entering the brand name into the search toolbar to view the available items from that brand, or filter by a particular brand on any of the category pages.

Can I write a product review?

Yes! Sharing your experience will help other customers decide whether a product is right for them. Simply leave a review on the product page in the Reviews section. All reviews are submitted for approval before being published.


Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed or shipped. Please contact us to discuss any changes or cancellations. Please ensure you have your Order Number when contacting us.

When will my order be processed?

The processing of orders is conducted during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia or the World. We aim to ship all items on the same day as ordered, except for custom orders and sale periods.

What payment types do you offer?

When shopping online with us, you can pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Afterpay or Coupon Code (e-Gift Card). All payments are made by a secure server, which will encrypt each transaction as a security precaution, and all payments are made in Australian Dollars. We do not have access to any credit related information provided by you.

How is GST calculated?

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated as 10% on addition to the product price. All products are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Your cart will clearly display the GST amount of your order.


Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free standard delivery for orders shipped within Australia with a total cart value of $100 and over. 

How long will shipping take?

We offer the following shipping options. Estimated delivery times are;

  • Standard: Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 business days. 
  • Express: Delivery times are estimated between 1-3 business days.
  • custom order: Our team will contact you to confirm your order. Delivery times are estimated up to 10 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking code. Delivery time frames may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

We ship to Australia and most countries worldwide.

Do you offer express postage?

Yes, we offer express delivery of $10.50 for standard items (excludes bulk items). Standard items are products that can fit inside a 5kg express postage satchel. Delivery times are estimated between 1-3 business days.


Can I exchange/return an item?

We will offer a refund/exchange on most products purchased at Au Golf, either online or in-store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and return the item to us within 30 days. Conditions apply, as below.

What is your return policy?

To process a return, you must first meet the following requirements;

  • item(s) to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • in the original packaging which must be in original condition
  • item(s) that are not a custom-made product.
  • accompanied with tax invoice, or delivery docket.

What if the item is faulty?

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

Can I return a sale or promotional items?

Yes, you can return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law).

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size/specification, you are responsible for shipping the item back to AU Golf at your expense. If the purchased item is defective or has been sent incorrectly, we will organise a return pickup at our expense. We will send the replacement to you at no charge.

How will I be refunded?

Once a return has been received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

How do I return/exchange an item?

All items purchased online can be returned or exchanged via post. If a refunded/exchange is due to you changing your mind, postage costs are your responsibility. If you have provided your contact details as part of our product warranty process, an original tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket may not be required at our discretion. Do you have Gift Cards?

Yes. We offer electronic e-Gift Cards.

e-Gift Cards: are available in a selection of values between $20 and $300 with no postage or handling fees. e-Gift Cards are delivered instantly via email with the ability to forward it directly to someone else. They can be redeemed online.

Do I need to have an account to use an e-Gift Card?

No. You do not need an account to use an e-Gift Card.

I have lost my e-Gift Card email. Can I view my e-Gift Card?

If you have created an account, you can log in and view your e-Gift Cards from your Orders. Alternatively, you can contact us to receive your e-Gift Card details.

How do I use my e-Gift Card?

When purchasing an e-Gift Card, you will receive an email containing a store credit code. You simply either click on the store credit link within the email to automatically apply the credit to your shopping cart or you can type in the store credit code into the Coupon Code box on the checkout page.


How do I create an account?

You can choose to create an account during the checkout process by simply including a password. You will receive a New Account email.

How do I update my details on my account?

To change any of your details, simply login to your account.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Open any of our newsletters, scroll to the bottom and click the unsubscribe link.
